The Apexx Brazed Diamond Cone was designed to chamfer and smooth the rough edges around drilled or cut holes in hard surface materials such as porcelain, ceramic, ultra compact surfaces, and stone. The Apexx Cone can be used to expand existing hole size and shape, chamfer, or round over the raw edges of existing holes. Users not only improve the aesthetics of the work by cleaning up these rough edges; they also relieve stress from the material and reduce the likelihood of the material cracking. This is especially important when a hole may be accepting a plumbing or lighting fixture and subject to additional stress. The Apexx Brazed Diamond Cone grinds and shapes hard materials quickly while leaving behind a smooth finish. Note) The Apexx Brazed Diamond Cone was not designed for drilling or creating holes, this tools is designed for working with existing holes.
