Our Vacuum Brazed Zero Tolerance Wheels come in many sizes and a variety of grits to choose from. It is important to use good quality diamonds in the manufacturing of this tool. On most diamond tools, diamond are imbedded into the metal bond creating layer upon layers to work with. With vacuum brazing, there is only one layer of surface diamonds that are placed on the surface of a metal base. This prevents the tool from losing its flat working profile. It is ideal for seams and fine tuning of all radius’.
