Anti-Slip R9 is a highly effective, watery solution of anorganic compounds, compliant with class 9 slip resistance (tested and approved by the LGA Wurzburg). It produces an anti-slip effect on smooth polished and glazed surfaces, especially granite, gneiss, gabbro, other types of hard stones, ceramic tile, and enameled surfaces. Safe for indoor and outdoor use. Surfaces treated with Akemi Anti-Slip normally comply with the requirements pertaining to slip prevention under wet conditions as defined in DIN 51130 and BGR 181 (previously ZH1/571- class R9 slip resistance) as well as the US guidelines on surface safety (OSHA/ADA). Protective impregnation with Stain Repellent Super or Darkener Super/Color Intensifier does not affect the class R9 slip resistance.*Always do a test patch first.
